Afterwards you will receive an e-mail with your RMA number, which must be affixed to the outside of the respective return packaging. Please send your products to:

Once the returned products are returned to our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with a notification.

The processing of your return usually takes 8-10 business days.

In particular urgent cases we also offer an advance replacement. For more information please contact us.

Arriving packages that are free of charge will not be accepted by us and will be sent back to your expense.
